The Petition
Dear Residents of the Greenwich Club Residences:
It has come to our attention that John Januz has been relieved of his duties as building concierge. The reason for this turn of events is currently unclear to us. We feel that John has done nothing but help us through the process of moving into our apartments and getting acquainted with the building, the neighborhood, and the city. The events he coordinated and information he communicated to us made all of our lives better and, if nothing else, added value to the building.
As residents, we are requesting your support in this petition to reinstate John as the buildings' concierge. If you feel as we do, please sign this petition to have John reinstated. Update 11/26/2007: As anticipated, less than 24 hours after starting this petition, everyone has received a notice at their doorstep stating that effective December 3rd, Cooper Square Realty has retained Luxury Attaché as our new concierge service. This means nothing more than increased maintenance costs and less personal service for us. Please show your support by signing the petition now. It is not too late!
