In NYC, with the absence of landscaping, a building's lobby provides the "curb appeal", and first impressions are lasting. The decor of the 80 Chambers lobby has been updated in a style that many residents have found extremely unappealing. If you are one of these residents, please sign this petition and show strength in numbers, to reverse this atrocity and restore our collective property values.
Additionally, if you find issue with the lack of communication from the board, and the fact that unit owners do not have a vote in material changes that impact our investments, please also sign the petition "270 Broadway / 80 Chambers Board: Approval of material changes"
