   Comments: This cannot be allowed to happen. Too many instances of persecution of harmless organisationa and people by the NI Planning Service. 7th Heaven is fulfilling a great need in Northern Ireland out of their private homes. We must get the press involved in this instance.

   Comments: I strongly support 7th Heaven and any other facility operating in this manner - without this type of assistance, our Councils would be over run and animal cruelty cases would explode!!! We need more people like 7th Heaven and should be ashamed of instances of animal cruelty which seem so prevalent in Northern Ireland.

    Comments: The Northern Ireland Planning Service should have a bit of a think about this. It is coming across as a disgraceful abuse of power. Sanctuaries such as 7th Heaven are, unfortunately, terribly necessary. Come on NIPS - show a bit of heart!

    Comments: It is ridiculous! They should bring in a law that says people have to have their animals neutered instead. Are they going to prosecute people who have X amount of badgers and hedgehogs in their gardens as well What about small indipendent organic farmers with maybe 20 chickens Or indipendent beekeepers We have hundreds of bats in our garage, will they prosecute us as well Actually..they would not have a leg to stand on in court with this case. I am not allowed to remove the bats by law, so no law can be made on that you cant have more than X amount of animals in your home/outbuildings.
