elizabeth degnan | After adopting a kitten from this very worthwhile charity I find it shocking that a planning service can act in such a callous way towards animal lovers who are doing such a worthwhile thing for animals in desperate need.

Christine McMahon | The work of this cat rescue group is very vital to help the distressed abandoned cats find some help and sanctuary from these rescuers, who work on their own with no support. This work should be allowed to continue without interference from the Planning service harassing this rescue group.
Mr. Michal Karpinski | An example to be followed not a law-breaking case!
Dianne Ascroft | If animals are well cared for and not causing a nuisance in the area then the people running the scheme are providing a valuable service.

Lorraine Clarke | If the government carry out any kind of prosecution against the kind actions of 7th Heaven Animal Sanctuary, there will be peaceful protests organised to show how utterly disgraceful and reprehensible such an action would be. In a country where there has been so much hatred for so many decades, surely the government shoud know better than to give in to persecution and discrimination. 7th Heaven is providing an excellent service to the community, and is saving countless abandoned animals because the government CANNOT COPE WITH THE PROBLEM THEMSELVES. While the law is the law, why can the planning agency not grant permission for the saving of animals to continue, rather than destroying the service?
stephen graham | keep up the good work
Anonymous | I support the efforts of 7th Heaven to continue operating from their homes, thus keeping costs down of caring for and rehoming pets. Planning Service could spend their time better in pursuing developers who fail to meet their obligations to upgrade local sewerage systems, and consequently pollute local rivers, poisioning wildlife and creating a health hazard for local communities.

Sarah Brookes | 7TH Heaven Animal Rescue provide an AMAZING service to northern ireland, and should be REWARDED, not PERSECUTED!!!
Andrew Neill | A very worthwhile cause! Its ridiculous that the NIPS are trying to shut it down!

Paula Harwood | I work at the Cottage Cattery which is a hotel for cats, we get alot of cats that have come from 7th Heaven staying with us after they have new homes. These people work endless hours for nothing, but the love for these animals, and it would be heartbreaking...heartbreaking to think what would happen to these animals if you took away this lifeline.

Eileen Tomlinson | This is horrendous Northern Ireland has an intolerable amount of animal cruelty cases and these poor creatures need help to find loving homes!!!!!!

Andrea Hill | I currently have 3 rescue dogs and if I had the facilities i would most certainly have more. They have given me the greatest joy and it distresses me to see that some people have little or no regard for vulnerable and helpless animals. What you are doing is fantastic and necccesary , it is not profit making org unlike alot of puppy farms! Where are these persecuters when they are really needed!Keep up the good work and I pray that you may continue caring for our great friends.

| 298 | Geraldine Gribben | Its strange that Sammy Wilson is trying to pass legislation within Stormount to enhance animal welfare legislation in particular to the recent cases of badger baiting by morons within northern ireland.
Perhaps the planning department should be made aware of this as they seem unconcerned by animal welfare issues |
kaen and ian | this is a disgrace, keep up the good work 7th Heaven.
