Barbara Giffin | This cannot be allowed to happen. Too many instances of persecution of harmless organisationa and people by the NI Planning Service. 7th Heaven is fulfilling a great need in Northern Ireland out of their private homes. We must get the press involved in this instance.

Lorraine Henry | I strongly support 7th Heaven and any other facility operating in this manner - without this type of assistance, our Councils would be over run and animal cruelty cases would explode!!! We need more people like 7th Heaven and should be ashamed of instances of animal cruelty which seem so prevalent in Northern Ireland.

MICHELLE HEGGARTY | THIS IS RIDICULOUS, AT LEAST YOUS ARE TAKING CARE OF ANIMALS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE LEFT TO ROAM AND BREED FURTHER. IT WOULD SUIT THEM BETTER TO PROSECUTE THOSE THAT ARE CRUEL TO THE ANIMALS!!
Eleanor Wilson | I am disgusted by the planning service Northern Ireland needs more animal charities!

Mary Byrne Orr | The Northern Ireland Planning Service should have a bit of a think about this. It is coming across as a disgraceful abuse of power. Sanctuaries such as 7th Heaven are, unfortunately, terribly necessary. Come on NIPS - show a bit of heart!
| 175 | Sabina Jardine | It is ridiculous! They should bring in a law that says people have to have their animals neutered instead.
Are they going to prosecute people who have X amount of badgers and hedgehogs in their gardens as well? What about small indipendent organic farmers with maybe 20 chickens? Or indipendent beekeepers? We have hundreds of bats in our garage, will they prosecute us as well? Actually..they would not have a leg to stand on in court with this case. I am not allowed to remove the bats by law, so no law can be made on that you cant have more than X amount of animals in your home/outbuildings. |

Heather Hayes | With a name like Heather I just had to sign this. I love all animals and feel that they need as much help as possible, not hindrance. Some people have too much time to make mischief instead of being compassionate.

David Todd | Totally unbelievable what the planning service are doing to such a great charity.
Joan Boyle | I support this petition.
sarah | Without people like this many cats would be PTS how can they even be considering doing this?

Anonymous | Planning need to realise the service these people provide all at their own expense and personal time.
Lynne Gallagher |
Leia Nicole Black | Keep up the good work folks, the animals need you! xxx
Anonymous | Keep up the good work... some people forget that animals are live beings too and deserve the respect and courtousy displayed to humans. I think what you are doing is a fantastic job and I think they should be awarding you not threatening you

Ruth Mobbs BSc | This is the type of officious, callous behaviour I regard as typical of the modern day Council. These people are offering a service that the council themselves have no intention of doing and the council react how? By acting like the petty burecrats we know they are- NIPS..SHAME ON YOU!
