29 Carol QuigleyI cannot believe that the planning service would want to waste tax / rate payers money persecuting such a well loved and worthwhile organisation. Stop bullying them, and stop wasting our taxes.
30 Mel FraserThis looks like a very ill-founded - even malicious - action. Not to mention a pointless waste of resources.

48 SHARON MONTGOMERY7th Heaven do wonderful work with stray and unwanted cats and kittens. Without them many cats dont stand a chance and would be put down. Rescues do not make money - it costs the Rescues to feed, care and give medical help to these animals. They should be praised for their work and committment and not forced to give up their work leaving the cats with no hope. The Public needs the service they provide!
