We the residents that live along 5th Ave North in the city of Biwabik Minnesota are asking to have there voices heard concerning the County Road 715 expansion through their neighborhood. The residents of the blocks effected by this road project (100, 200, 300, 400 blocks of 5th ave North and any resident who has or will have adjoining curable due to this project) would like our votes collected and counted by the city of Biwabik concerning this project and put on record with the Biwabik city council.
