This petition is to support the Dock St. Brewing Company\'s bid to open a microbrewery and sitdown brickoven pizzeria restaurant at 50th and Baltimore. It will be located in the old Firehouse Farmer\'s Market space on the first floor. All of the other current tenants of the building - the Satelite Cafe next door, Firehouse Bicycles and Philly CarShare offices upstairs will remain in their current locations. The Friday Night Firehouse Jazz series in the triangle in front of the building will continue as usual. We believe that this business will be a \"classy\", responsible anchor tenant for the building and help to add foot traffic to Baltimore Ave., helping to continue to attract a diverse and locally owned group of businesses and services to the Baltimore Ave. corridor. This petition is specificaly to support the Dock St. Brewing Company\'s efforts to seek a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Brewery License. This License would allow the Brewpub and restaurant to sell and serve beer made on the premises, as well as a selection of locally produced Pennsylvania grown wines. It also includes the ability to sell kegs and containers of one gallon or more produced on the premises to go. It does not allow for the single bottle sales of any other brand of beer, wine or alchohol. Signers of this petition must live in the Cedar Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, basically stretching from 46th St. to 52nd St. and from Larchwood St. south to Kingsessing St. A map of the Cedar Park neighborhood is viewable at the web address below. http://www.cedarparkneighbors.org/map.php
