Gifford Management Group of Norfolk, VA has continuously taken, fined, charged and fee’s the honest Tax paying homeowners of St. Andrew's Place long enough. They Constantly Demand Monthly Payment without cause. They send very rude notices whether you are up to par on your payments or not. They have yet to provide us with a stable game plan as far as how they will utilize OUR money. And file lawsuits over 1 month of non-payment. We as the Homeowners in St. Andrews Place do not feel the Gifford Management Group of Norfolk, VA have provided us with adequate services for our monthly Fee's and feel that the need to cease and desist in the outlandish fee's as well as being considered OUR Homeowner's Assoc.
