This petition is to create awareness of the need for the City of Lidgerwood, ND to implement and enforce 4-way stop signs at all intersections in and around school zones. Drivers do not obey speed limits or Children at Play signs in the area. Numerous residents have put up their own "SLOW" signs in their neighborhoods which is being frowned upon by the City Council of Lidgerwood, ND. If the Citizens of Lidgerwood are not able to use their own discretion the City needs to implement 4-way stops in these areas to prevent people from speeding.
