Lets fine Stephen Burns, owner of 4940 Magnolia (63139)for fire & building violations.
NO MORE EXTENSIONS !!!
This magnificent three story victorian building (in Southwest Garden/ The Hill neighborhood) has been vandalized, is an eyesore and a safety hazard. Children play in the house and yard! After 3 years, major fire in 2003, former owner Theodore Wofford, and current owner (associate of Wofford) Stephen Burns, refuse to make necessary improvements - There are broken windows, missing windows, falling debris, overgrown yards and red wood on the front door - DO NOT TRESPASS.
Don\'t let the empty dumpster fool you.
