Potbellyis a unique sandwich shop that serves toasted sandwiches, salads and soups along with hand made milkshakes, and delicious cookies. The shops are decorated with unique antiques and collectibles. All year long a local musician performs live at a Potbelly Sandwich Shop somewhere in America. It’s been part of the Potbelly experience since we opened in 1977. Today there are over 240 Potbelly Sandwich Shops across the country. Founding Chairman, is dedicated to preserving the individuality of each shop in an attempt to keep Potbelly from becoming just another fast food chain.
