Name: Thomas Hale on Mar 31, 2007Comments: I have purchased your book and I was very impressed with the operation of your organization. I work for a company that is only interested in the bottom line and not the people. I agree with how you treat your people and I always eat at your locations when I am in the shopping malls in another city. If there was Ckick-fil-a in town, I would be a regular customer. I was recently in your Oglethorpe Mall location and later read that it was the first location that you started in a shopping mall. It was exactly how it was described in the book. The employees were awesome and I had a great experience. Knowing Chris and Tracey for quite some time I have no doubt that they will uphold the image that you are looking for. They are dedicated and wanting to become a part of your organization. They are strong christians and they will be a benefit to your organization. Please reconsider them as an addition to your organization.Flag

Name: Marilyn Houser on Apr 2, 2007Comments: Because of the local Emmaus Community, I have observed Chris & Tracey's comittment to God and to living that failth within the Richmond community. I have also observed Chick-fil-A's consistency in business practices and food quality and value regardless of the community. It is my prayer that this becomes a reality for Chris & Tracey -- as I believe it will be a significant faith value to the Richmond community.Flag
