New York Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. holds parties on Fridays and Saturdays until 3:00 AM. The noise level is overwhelming and completely unacceptable for our residential neighborhood. Please support our efforts to reduce the noise level and curb the 3am curfew to 11am.
