| 213 | Patrick Zermeno | I think that the law has to be applied equally to all. If she deserves to be there because she broke the law. |

| 215 | Anonymous | No pity for the Parasite. Send the girl to jail and let her finally realize you do the crime you do the time.
If you pardon Parasite, who's the bigger loser, you, Governor Arnold or that waste of life Paris ? |
| 216 | Jason Kok | |
| 217 | Dwayne | |
| 218 | Lloyd deForest | It's a shame that she really wants to waste your valuable time even thinking about her and her jail time. Let her serve it and maybe, but probably won't , learn a lesson! It is the "born with silver spoon in mouth" symdrome. |
| 219 | Julia Corkery | Why should this spoiled, rich girl be treated differently than anyone else? Drunk drivers kill innocent people. Send a message -- drunk drivers are guilty of endangering the lives others. |
| 220 | Anonymous | Are we living in a society where everyone is equal but 'some are more equal that others'. Paris broke the law, and to deem her blatant disregard for the safety of others less punishable that somebody else’s, surely undermines the structure of a society which so many have fought so hard to uphold. |

| 229 | Anonymous | Equal rights for all humans...go to jail Paris |
| 230 | M. Barnes | She did the crime, SHE DESERVES THE TIME. Please, stop letting celebrities off for just being famous. Let her learn she's human and subject to the same laws as the rest of us. This is her 3rd time for this offense and she should be accountable, if she is to be a role model for today's youth. PLEASE LET THE SENTENCE STAND and please, do not waste any more of your valuable time on this issue. If she had killed someone, driving with a .08 BAC, and without her lights on at twice the posted speed limit, and with the legal documents in her car, signed BY HER, stating that she could not drive, then would people be demanding "mercy" for this young woman? I think not. In the name of every person struck and hurt or killed by a drunk driver, PLEASE let this sentence stand. It may save HER life one day when she realizes that she too can die in an auto accident, 200K Bentley or not. Thank you. |
| 231 | Anonymous | 45 days? Keep her in jail until she learns to be useful. But, since that isnt happening at least keep her inside until her sentence is up. |

| 233 | Anthony Parker | NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, IF SHE DOES NOT DO HER TIME THEN SHE IS TELLING THE WORLD IT IS OK TO BREAK THE LAW. |
| 234 | David E. | People that break the law should go to jail regardless of their social status. The law is the law and what applies to one person should apply to the next. |

| 237 | Mark Schoenhoff | Paris Hilton is a prime example of everything that is plaguing youth culture: stupidity, hypersexuality, bad taste and judgment in all respects.
Put her in jail and keep her there. |

| 243 | Alicia | I support the justice system with the sentence they gave Paris Hiton because drunk driving should not be tolerated in this country. |

| 248 | Nancy Hamilton | |
| 249 | Nick Greene | She deserves jail time just like anybody else. Besides, someone needs to get it through her thick skull that she isn't some sort of goddess. If anything, I'd vote for her sentence to be LONGER. |
| 250 | Chris Johnson | Keep her in jail for the full time unless she agrees to give me a lap dance! |
