We can all jumpstart the economy in a small matter of time by simply legalizing a PLANT that has the potential to create massive tax revenues for our state INSTANTLY! With proper guildlines and limitations such as laws implied for alchohol usage, (no driving under the influence etc.) people may freely use this medical substance with no fear of prosecution. Marijuana is already for the most part legal in California right now so why wouldn't we profit from this goldmine cash crop The cigarette companies have their patents ready to go, and at least the last 3 presidents have smoked it.
