Name: Karen Stewart on Jul 3, 2010Comments: The State of Georgia is going waste federal (and state) tax dollars - $184 million - on a road that can be built for nearly $100 million cheaper, with less environmental impact and is actually shorter!Flag

Name: Liz Merna on Jul 29, 2010Comments: Anymore destruction of the environment is uneeded and abuse of my tax dollars! We have enough roads that we can use already and more pollution is NOT what our country needs right now. We need to focus on creating jobs which are helping to protect the environment that we all DEPEND on, and not DESTROY the ecosystem that we require for survival.Flag

Name: Dan Ledford on Aug 9, 2010Comments: candidate for state rep District 14 - 8/9/10 - Update: After some research and consideration I've come to the conclusion it would be in the best interest of our district to build RT-G. I've decided that a more direct, less expensive, and less environmentally invasive route which intersects I-75 just a few exits north makes the most sense. RT-G currently has the support of the Coalition for the Right Road, as well as having considerable up-to-date research and plans constructed. I stand for getting the Connector project underway ASAP and with a route which is fiscally responsible, respects the environment, and doesn't become a traffic nightmare running through the city during construction. RT-G is best suited to do just that. We would still like to hear from everybody about their opinion regarding the 411 Conn. though so please contact us regarding this www.danledfordforga.com issue and how it will impact you.Flag
