Name: Anonymous on Mar 15, 2012Comments: the whole section of 6th ave from 17th to 23rd is like a speeding zone. There are a lot of children in this area going to school or to the playground on 18th/6th ave,as well as elderly people walking. This reckless driving needs to be discouraged with stop signs or speed bumps! I have witnessed so many close hits in this specific section of 6th ave /b/n 17th and 23rd str/Flag
