The petition

This petition is for fans of the Premier League, who wish to voice their disgust at the contempt shown by the Premier League in wanting to set up an 'international round' of league matches, played overseas.

I am appauled with the Premier League's money spinning scheme to export OUR teams and OUR league to the equally money obsessed Far East, USA and Middle East. I understand that there is a big market for the Premier League in these places, but until I get to see Real Madrid play Barcalona at Wembley to decide La Liga, as far as I am concerned, its a non runner.

The reasons it must not be allowed to happen are not worth writing, as they will have been discussed at great lenght by most of us since the plot was announced, and it is good to hear, dare I say, 'proper' managers such as Sir Alex Ferguson and Harry Redknapp telling them where to stick their money, but as fans, we must take a stand against what could well be the beginning on the end for the domestic game.

This petition will be sent to Richard Scudamore, hopefully at the end of the season, but it will depend on the volume of support, and if names are still being added, the date will be put back
