The proposal for 351 New Dwellings on the Site of St.Margarets Hospital Epping will bea catastrophe for the whole town. 351 homes means approx 700 more people + children. Approximately 300 plus more motor vehicles all in a very tight area. The traffic in Epping is already very heavy with congestion in the High Street most of the working day Parking is almost impossible.
