NO WAY! Traffic is bad enough on the High St. They will ruin the town.
The doctors and schools are full. Where are these 700 people meant to go? Stop the greed.
Epping is already gridlocked. Trying to get to the station is a nightmare as it is. Adding 300 more cars is just asking for a total disaster.
Infrastructure is already at breaking point. We need to look after the locals not just build houses for profit.
St Margarets is a historical site and shouldnt be turned into a cramped housing estate. Think about the local residents for once.
