After discussion with local businesses and residents, it is felt we do not want another establishment of this sort in our area. There are concerns about noise, negative impact on local business and property, close proximity to a primary school, the fact a lapdancing club is already operating on the same street, and how this intended proposal will contribute to the community at all.
