I am hereby opposing the request by Gene Dowdy to rezone his property located at 309 Gooch Lane in Madison, AL from R-1A low density Residential to B-2 Community Commercial.

Michael Fuss Jr, United States7 years ago Comments: This requested rezoning is clearly not in the interest of the established residential communities of Pebble Brook, Stallion Run, and others. The unanomous decision of the zoning committee against it strongly echos the voice of the people. Keep Madison about wholesome family living, not businesses on every street corner.
