Introduction: American college students are subjected to the same course material found in the K-12 free education system and do not benefit from the repeat of courses and material during the first two years of college. Several courses have little or no relation to the major choice of the student and therefore do not contribute to the preparation of the student to enter their industry of choice. The demand for a skilled knowledge labor force and specialized trade labor due to increased FDI and MNE expansion is directly limiting economic growth. Without the restructuring of K-12 curriculum to meet this need early on a tremendous need for reformation in higher education is the United States only option. Statement of Need: To remove or condense the inefficient and cumbersome general education component required for graduation within a Bachelors Degree in universities and colleges across the country. Primary Goal: Legislation Brought to congress requiring the restructuring of coursework for graduation. A requirement of a simplified graduation timeline for any bachelors degree at 3 years to completion instead of the current 4 year program. Method: This online petition gathering enough signatures to warrant a White House Petition and a request for funding from private investors.
