Comments: There should be a second chance for these prisoners and their families should be able to receive them home!

Comments: There is no second chance for those sentenced under the old law. We have a biased and unforgiving system in place. They are allowed to get away with treating these inmates unfairly on many levels. They keep them incarcerated under the guise of not having served enough time - the judge who sentenced each individual clearly did the calcuation and knew at what point they would become eligible for parole and the possibility of release provided criteria is met. I think keeping these inmates looked is just job security for those who fear that once they are all released that they may be out of a job. In this economy there is no way that tax payers should shoulder the burden for keeping prisoners incarcertated when they have clearly earned the right to early release. This is outrageous and it is unfortunate that so many think these things silently but are afraid to speak out! God Bless!

Comments: There are no wealthy languishing in prison in Wisconsin-nor in any other state. Justice for ALL-not just those who can afford high priced lawyers to get them off.

Comments: It is a true injustice for one person, that being the parole chair, to deny parole to an inmate that is eligible, has met all criteria, and has been recommended for release. She/He, should trust the Comissioners' in the field, and grant parole to the inmates that have been recomended.
