Comments: There is no second chance for those sentenced under the old law. We have a biased and unforgiving system in place. They are allowed to get away with treating these inmates unfairly on many levels. They keep them incarcerated under the guise of not having served enough time - the judge who sentenced each individual clearly did the calcuation and knew at what point they would become eligible for parole and the possibility of release provided criteria is met. I think keeping these inmates looked is just job security for those who fear that once they are all released that they may be out of a job. In this economy there is no way that tax payers should shoulder the burden for keeping prisoners incarcertated when they have clearly earned the right to early release. This is outrageous and it is unfortunate that so many think these things silently but are afraid to speak out! God Bless!Flag -

She/He, should trust the Comissioners' in the field, and grant parole to the inmates that have been recomended.Flag
