28th amendment
resolved that for constitutional purposed a person is defined as one single citizen of the United States no other entity is permitted resolved we recognize that money has a negative affect on elections and that henceforth no entity but the above mentioned person will be permitted to give money in an election either to a candidate or any type of ballot measure on the ballot. resolved that the limit of the donation will be $5000.00 to any single candidate or ballot measure and no one can donate to a candidate or ballot measure not in their voting district or state, further no entity of any kind will be permitted to give money or anything of financial value to a sitting elected official at any time during his or her term of office
