Move Victoria day forward one week.

May 24th used to be celebrated on the 24th, now it is celebrated earlier. I propose that Victoria day, (and First Peoples Day), should be celebrated a week later. The weather is invariably appalling on Victoria day in Newfoundland and Labrador. It has been snowing in some areas and very wet and cold everywhere else. By the following week the weather is invariably better. be kind to Atlantic Canadians and move Victoria day forward one week.
