The city of Tempe is full of high school and college students who need a safe place to express themselves. 23 West will provide an all ages music and performace venue for the youth in our community. Parents will no longer have to worry about letting their kids attend concerts in a venue that serves alcohol. 23 West will be safehaven for Tempe's youth and venue of self expression in an otherwise cookie cutter community.
