To whom it may concern, The following residents of the Wick Park neighborhood (and surrounding community) would like to demonstrate our support for the acquisition of the houses at 212 and 238 Broadway Ave. (Youngstown, Ohio) by Common Wealth Inc., a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHODO). In doing so, we offer you this petition. Based on our previous experience with Common Wealth Inc.’s work in our area, we believe the quality of life in the Wick Park Historical District would best be served with the sale of the aforementioned properties to this organization.
