We the undersigned want the 20 items or less policy enforced or done away with at all Walmart stores. We ar tired of always standing in long lines behind people with more than 20 items or less. The store manager said that the cashiers are not allowed to say anything to the customer about this because it might offend them. If this is the case, why have the 20 items or less rule at all if it isn`t being enforced. Our purposal is to enforce this rule or do away with it altogether and just have all registers the same expect one for handicap only.
