Comments: The site is inadequate! Stamford Harbor is a major pleasure boating and commercial use waterway on the LI Sound. It is a disgrace that the city cannot design a state of the art marina at the old Brewers location with full service facilities and an actual fuel dock - not makeshift. We currently don't even have adequate facilities for law enforcement or the coast guard! It takes vision and a backbone to run a city like Stamford, and it seems like the current government have neither. BLT is making all the decisions!!

Comments: This is a real tradjedy for Stamford not only to loose a major boatyard and have the twon try to stuff the boaters in thi small space and worse to desecrate the property with the Bilgewater Hedge fund. What are mess for our coastal footprint

Comments: From reports in the Advocate we can see that BLT is not an honorable company. It seems they have the mayor and gov in their deep pockets.

Comments: The proposed boatyard would in no way be a real replacement for the facility we lost when Yacht Haven West closed.

Comments: the project intrudes on valuable tidal wetlands, and marsh land, which is directly connected to the Sound. Moreover, this property is designated since 2001 to be open public space.

Comments: We need to follow our city's original water use plans! If we could get 3,000 cars into the city, and into the South End, I worry about who will pick up the cost of all those flooded cars in the proposed Bridgewater complex when it floods. Can Bridgewater be told to hold that money in escrow?

Comments: It's has become clear that the Governor and Mayor have not regard for what the people who put them in office want or believe in. When will the Attorney General finally look into all the back room deals that were made by former Mayor, now Governor Malloy ?
