The Captains exam scheduled for February of 2014 is unfairly expensive. It forces candidates to spend nearly $300 on books that should be provided by the VRFA. The checkout system allowing only one book at a time for two weeks is unfair and unacceptable. Some of the books used for the test have never been part of a curriculum for ODA or any Captains training in the past. Please add your name to this petition if you agree.
