Comments: Our citizens need access to fresh organic fruits and vegetables, that are affordable. Processed food, and food that is loaded with pesticides and insecticides lead to many health problems. .Keeping organic foods expensive limits those that most vulnerable in our country from being able to make healthy choices. Processed foods and those laden with fat, sugar, and corn syrup are the least expensive. Let's make healthy foods fair and equitable.

Comments: This bill needs to be updated to reflect current knowledge about nutrition. Legislation should no longer subsidize production of corn, and should include ways to promote better health for children in order to stem the obesity epidemic we are facing.
