Declaration of Independence In the Homes, Churches, Businesses, and Hearts of Americans—July 4, 2010 The Free and Unforced Declaration of We the People and the Fifty States of the United States of America When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for We the People and the Fifty States, because of the abuse of political power, to dissolve the political bonds which have connected us with the career politicians, power brokers, and lobbyists that seek only their own ends and ignore the will of We the People and the Fifty States, and to assume among the powers granted by the Constitution of the United States of America, the separate and equal station as electors to which the Constitution and the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle us, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes which impel us to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident… • that all men and women are created equal • that being elected President, US Representative, US Senator, or being appointed to any other Federal Government office does not make one more equal or deserving of any special privileges • that all men and women are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit but not the assurance of happiness • that to secure these rights, governments are elected in America, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed— We the People and the Fifty States • that whenever any government official, whether elected or not, fails to represent We the People and the Fifty States, that person becomes destructive to these ends and it is the right and duty of We the People and the Fifty States to remove them from office, and to elect new representatives that recognize and accept the principles of the Founders and the Constitution and commit to them. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that elected officials and political liaisons long established should be avoided and changed once recognized. However, all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under the absolute despotism of a few political hacks, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such officials, and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of We the People and the Fifty States; and such is now the necessity, which constrains us to rid ourselves of those who currently abuse We the People and the Fifty States in the name of good government. The history of the present Administration and Congress—The Obamans—is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over We the People and the Fifty States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. The Obamans refused to assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good, and in their stead have recommended and imposed laws that lay massive debt on We the People and the Fifty States. The Obamans have forbidden its Minions in Congress to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance unless they complied with its personal vision of America, disregarding the principles of the Founders stated in the original Declaration of Independence and in the US Constitution. The Obamans refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large numbers of older Americans and forced them to relinquish their Medicare Advantage Plans without representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. The Obamans called together legislative bodies at places unusual, behind closed doors, uncomfortable, and distant from the view of We the People and the Fifty States, for the sole purpose of fatiguing their opponents into compliance with The Obamans’ measures. The Obamans discounted views of representatives opposing with firmness his support of the rights of We the People and the Fifty States. The Obamans refused for a long time, after such discounts, to allow others to speak freely; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, shall return to We the People and the Fifty States for their exercise at the voting booth; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to convulsions within. The Obamans endeavored to ignore the voices of We the People and the Fifty States; for that purpose obstructing the rules of the US Congress; refusing to pass others to encourage open discussion of legislation, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of individual liberties by The Obamans. The Obamans obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to prosecute known criminals that obstructed elections by intimidating voters in Philadelphia. The Obamans made justice for terrorists dependent on its will alone. The Obamans erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass We the People and the Fifty States, and eat out their substance. The Obamans combined with others that hate America to try to subject us to an environmental protocol under the jurisdiction of the United Nations foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving assent to their acts of pretended legislation: For quartering large bodies of “inspectors” among us to police our businesses: For protecting them, by mock trial, from punishment for any crimes which they should commit on We the People and the Fifty States: For burdening our trade with all parts of the world, especially those that do not subject themselves to the same regulation: The Obamans abandoned further the principles upon which our Republic is founded: By imposing taxes on us without our consent through legislation that is crafted with back door deals and bypasses We the People and the Fifty States : By substituting foreign laws for the laws established by the Founders to protect We the People and the Fifty States: By taking away our right to work, abolishing our most valuable labor laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments by unionizing them without the consent of We the People and the Fifty States: By effectively suspending our state legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. The Obamans abdicated state government, by declaring We the People and the Fifty States out of his protection and waging war against us by passing laws without our consent. The Obamans constrained our fellow citizen legislators taken captive in Washington to bear arms against We the People and the Fifty States, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands. The Obamans excited domestic insurrections amongst We the People and the Fifty States, and have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, MoveOn and the Daily Kos, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions that do not agree with them. In every stage of these oppressions We the People and the Fifty States have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. The Obamans, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have We the People and the Fifty States been wanting in attention to The Obamans. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends. We the People and the Fifty States, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in our Homes, Churches, Businesses, and Hearts, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of We the People and the Fifty States, solemnly publish and declare, that We the People and the Fifty States are, and of right ought to be free and independent; that We the People and the Fifty States are absolved from all allegiance to The Obamans, and that all political connection between them and We the People and the Fifty States, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent individuals and states, we have full power to elect to our Congress and our Presidency independent and constitutionally informed people. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
