Members of the 2005 School of Social Work Graduating Class respectfully request that the following alternative recommendations with regard to commencement be considered:
VENUE
The recent request of the university fire marshal that commencement exercises at the Lyon Center be a ticketed event thereby limiting the number of guests able to attend, the increasing size of this and subsequent graduating classes, the general dissatisfaction of past, present and current students regarding the unceremonious ambiance of the Lyon Center, and the University
