I request that the City of Toronto reject the rezoning application proposed for 2 Laird Drive. The proposal contravenes the intent of the Toronto Official Plan on many levels and raises concerns for the future growth of Leaside. We believe the excessive height, density, massing, and the built form’s incompatibility with the existing neighbourhood’s context will have an adverse affect on our commnunity.
In the best interest for positive change, please join the Leaside Community and LPOA by requesting that the current 2 Laird Drive rezoning application filed with the City of Toronto be refused.

NO! we have enough traffic. this building is way to high for the area.
Ridiculous proposal. Who approved this??? It completely ignores the existing plans for the area.
Laird drive is turning into a condo canyon. really sad to see the neighborhood character disappearing like this.
Leaside is already getting way too crowded. the traffic at Laird and Eglinton is a nightmare as it is, we dont need another massive tower making it worse.
enough is enough with the concrete boxes everywhere. protect our streets.
