The California Penal Code for drunk driving lists a maximum penalty of 1 year for a first offense. This is Paris\'s what...second offense Third offense Well, I say 45 days in jail isn\'t enough, I think she needs to sit her ass in county for 1 year, just like anyone else that violates their parole in such a blatant manner.
