    Comments: I am a victim of a drunk driver. I live on a disability payment that is far below the federal poverty limits, as I have been unable to work since the accident. I'm tired of lax laws that give irresponsible drivers second and third chances; so they can kill or maim an innocent person. Ms. Hilton needs a wakeup call, she needs to learn that she IS NOT above the law. Make her serve her time. I have no empathy for the situation she has put herself into.

    Comments: the sentence was not harsh compared to what "normal" people would expect. the fact that she did this at least three times, the last being going 70 mph at night with no lights on again is just her way of saying that rules are not for her.
