| 453 | Sharon | Kavanaugh | KS | US | Marijuana has been proven to be less harmful than Alchohol, Cigarettes, and many prescription medications with less side effets. It also has many healing properties. People who need to gain weight because of health problems or too high of a metabolism can benifit from the effects of Marijuana. |
| 454 | Vincent | Huff | OH | US | As a "Recovering Alchoholic" and the
remembrance of all the car accidents, scary blackouts and all, from
age 13 to age 43.
I would have to say that legalization of Marijuana for the 21 Year old persons would reflect a more responsible government. |

| 467 | nick | rocco | NY | US | im glad to see im not the only one out there who beleives in legalizing marijuana, and that law enforcement should not submit punishment to those who use or posses.....there are real criminals out there who sell and use dangerous controlled substances on a daily basis, maybe you should concentrate on prosecuting more of those people rather than smokers. |

| 484 | Jheryd | Bolin | VA | US | Marijuana is illogically kept illegal. I have a friend who's father is a prison gaurd, who recently caught his son in possesion. After a long talk the son chose to move out due to his habit, and before leaving , he had a conversation with his dad. He asked him why pot was illegal, and he told him "Because it has been that way for so long."
WHAT A STUPID REASON! It's like saying Racism is okay because it has been that way for so long. It's like saying that stemcell research isn't okay just because it's helping people walk, or see, or grow skin. It is just plain illogical, and if the pot-smoking citizens of the country weren't so unmotivated and under the iron fist of coporate America, we would have fought for our right to smoke a long time ago.
Think about it, if you have Salvia, which is a lot more hardcore than pot, doesn't that say something about this backwards forwards moving nation?
We need it to advance our civilization. |
