Both DJs play an important role on internet radio especially for non-UK listeners who want to keep in touch with the full spectrum of DRUM & BASS MUSIC. Let alone to displace the No1 female DJ is such a wasteful shame.

We just don't get to hear Soulful House on the horrible radio stations in the USA. Aaron reminded me of everything I loved about house music and caused me to spend a fortune purchasing it too! I listened to his show faithfully every week, live or recorded! Sometimes I would have to listen to the show several times during the week. This has to be the dumbest decision ever. God help you, I am down with 1xtra....
He will be doing his new Internet program globally soon. Thank goodness someone in Internet radio has the intelligence to see his talents.

| 1147 | DJ STORM | I was very upset and disappointed when I heard the news that 1xtra had decided to give DJ Flight her marching orders.
DJ Flight is someone I have supported from day one , and with good reason.
DJ Flight has dedicated herself to becoming a very professional DJ on every level, she has her own label, highlighting great quality Drum and Bass and she has also dabbled with production.
When she was picked to play on 1Xtra I was so happy for her, when I guested on her show I was so proud of how professionally she conducted herself.
I travel a lot internationally and punters all around the world quote DJ Flights show to me as one of the bench marks for good quality Drum and Bass.
DJ Flight plays an incredibly comprehensive selection , she covers a dynamic range of different styles and she has brought many newer artists to the forefront, and on top of this she has taken time to listen to and break new DJ's.
It is a shame the World will not be so well informed now that DJ Flight's show is gone, she has amazing potential , it's such a shame that 1Xtra are so blind they cannot see it.
In fact from what I can see from the changes that are taking place 1Xtra can no longer claim to be the " URBAN " music station that they initially came with.
1Xtra came with such a vision , it's a shame they lost their way.
Well even though 1xtra don't require DJ Flight's services , all at Metalheadz are more than happy to have her as their resident.
