EMM Group is appearing before Community Board 3 on Monday for a new venue that will be located at 199 Bowery @ Spring Street.

The space is roughly 20,000 sq. feet and will house a bakery, a tapas lounge, and a restaurant with Latin/Asian flavors. EMM Group is looking to add a venue that will be a responsible neighbor, bring great quality food, and add an additional 200 jobs to a thriving area of Manhattan.
