It is proposed before the Supreme Court of the United States that a National Referendum be held to support an emergency measure wherein from 1 Jan 2012 to 31 Dec 2027 no member of the National Assembly shall be allowed to return to office after servicing a single term. Following this emergency period, term limitations shall return to the discretion of the States.
