Next season the 14th & Clark Bar in Scottrade Center will be only available to those who spend $4,400-$7,800 (per season ticket seat), for those who spend the money the bar is listed as \'all inclusive\'. For those fans who cannot afford $100 per seat, per game, you are no longer allowed in 14th & Clark. The Blues have now raised the ticket prices and taken away the one perk available to all the fans, 14th & Clark Bar. All fans who sit in the upper bowl know that on most nights the lower bowl is half empty while the upper bowl is filled.
