Name: Anonymous on Mar 2, 2007Comments: Our salary for this year will be capped at a staged 1.9%. I have still awaiting outcome on banding for Agenda for Change which to date has not produced favourable outcomes for staff in my profession. Now you want me to pay to come to work. I already pay for road tax and petrol. What about also charging Teachers and Civil Servants to park their cars. We are easy targets for the Health Boards who will at the end of the day use this income to reduce their financial defecits.Flag
