December 20, 2010 Department of Motor Vehicles CSE Case #1292485698 Court Case Number: 080045735FD05 To Whom It May Concern: I am David Mark Pace and I have received the attached letter stating my license was to be suspended for non-payment of child support. I am writing to explain my income over the past few years and prove to you that the amount of child support that they are requesting me to pay is way too high for me to make payments to as I do not make that kind of money as you can see by my last two tax returns. I cannot pay $1,538.00 per month when my income is only $ per month and I have to pay rent, utilities, food for my 2 children and myself, etc. Please tell me how this is possible for me to do. If I loose my license then I will not be able to get to work, court appointments, my two boys to school everyday and I will have no income at all. Neither of my boys are old enough to drive at this time and as you are aware I no longer reside with April Marie Pace, my ex-wife. I have no ability to make these payments.
