Comments: Too many times has our government in the past and most likely today awarded those who have done wrong at the cost of human life. It is time to correct this and others like this including the wrong to those Native American political prisoners who were falsely accused of crimes committed by our own government agencies.

Comments: the right thing needs to be done, it is not an honor to kill women, children, and those that did not want to fight. this is a disgrace to the army that shows how cowardous the men were to fear women, children, elders. Do the right thing and own up to our ancestry's wrong doing and resend the medels.

Comments: As I a Military Veteran AND a American of mixed Native blood, I was appalled to read that there were actually soiders given the CMH for murdering women and children. A survivor of the Little Big Horn, yes, a murderer no way. The Battle Pennant should be burned in a tradition ceremony by the Lakota People and the medals rescinded publically by the President of the United States.
