We would like your cooperation in rezoning the lower part of the building at the corner of Oliver St and Frederika St here right in our neighborhood. Our business plan is unable to be fulfilled under a zoned C-1, we need to make it a C-2. This is strictly car washing and detailing, no mechanics involved. This will help alleviate the building from being abandoned and add a few new jobs to our City of North Tonawanda. We would also like to have the first two lots, closest to the business zoned as a C-2 also which will alleviate vehicle and traffic congestion at the immediate corner intersection.
