this could cover an exhaust centre , fuel station , light industrial or mall. Any formal business would affect traffic, parking and the atmosphere of the neighbourhood and particularly quiet and residential St James Street

WHY were Residents in Vredehoek and Devil's Peak not notified of the original Rezoning Application for Business/Commercial....? We are only now finding out about the appeal for the first refusal of the Rezoning - and to now bully the residents with a deadline for objections is not acceptable. We the Ratepayers and Resident should receive first priority from Council....... and we object vehemently against further Business or Commercial development in our Residential area - and we certain object to the Rezoning of this property at No: 1 St'James Street, Vredehoek
