Craig Aaron Makar was convicted of 3 counts of sexual penetration and 20 counts of indecent dealings with his daughter who was under the age of 5. He is currently incarcerated but allegable for parole in 1 year after only serving a two year sentance. He is NOT an Australian Citizen but a resident from Canada. As his sentance was over 1 year, immigration can apply to deport him back to his counrty of origin. Prior to his arrest he was a resident of The City of Swan for over 10 years. I am the mother of the little girl and I have been fighting the system quite unsucessfuly.
E.G.I have tried to have his name removed from the mortgage so we are able to move from the area, so far he refuses to sign the house over to us.
His family pay for a lawyer where as I am unable to pay to have one represent me.
The court system will not hurry things along.
