My nieces parents are living in seprete houses and both of them are unfit for children. Niether parent has transportation and can not finacially support the kids. I've had in the kids in my care for a month and I would like to get costudy of them till their parents can finacially support them. Their father has no running water in his house and the kids sleep on the living room floor and there are 3 other adults besides the father living in that house. He only works about 8 hours a week therefor can not finacially support the children. The mother lives in a house that is half way built and has no working fridge, air condition or heat. She has a room mate that hits the kids where there are bruises on them.
